01What is InviMood?
InviMood is an online invitation maker for personal plans. A host creates an interactive invitation page, shares its link, and collects replies in one dashboard.
02What kinds of invitations can I create?
You can create date invitations, birthday and party invitations, group availability polls, save-the-dates, dinners, trips, reunions, surprises, and custom invitations for almost any personal plan.
03Do guests need an account?
No. Guests can open the invitation link and respond without signing up for InviMood. The host needs an account to create invitations and manage replies.
04Does InviMood work on mobile?
Yes. Invitations and the host experience are designed for modern mobile browsers and also work on desktop computers.
05Can I offer several dates or times?
Yes. Group and voting flows can collect availability or preferences across several options so the host can choose the best result.
06Can a guest say no?
Yes. InviMood can include playful button behavior, but the product is designed to preserve an honest answer path. Hosts should choose a style that fits the relationship and the guest.
07Can I edit an invitation after publishing it?
Yes. Hosts can update supported invitation details from their dashboard. Guests opening the link will see the current published information.
08Are invitation pages shown in Google search?
No. Public invitation and reply pages are marked to stay out of search results. InviMood’s informational pages may be indexed, but personal invitation pages should not be.
09What is included in the free plan?
The free plan includes up to five published InviMoods each month, two live invitations at once, a 30-day reply window, basic reminders and export, and all four core invitation types. Current limits are also shown on the pricing section before you publish.
10What does Pro add?
Pro adds unlimited invitations and response windows, more visual worlds, advanced interactive behavior, reusable custom templates, countdowns, reveals, richer finales, guest notes, calendar actions, and more complete host summaries.
11Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Access continues through the paid period. The first paid Pro purchase has a seven-day refund window; renewal refunds are limited to billing errors or cases required by law.
12Is InviMood available in English and Spanish?
Yes. The main product experience supports English and Spanish, and hosts can create an invitation that fits the language they use with their guests.
